Coast Hotels’ Kelowna location provides clean, comfortable lodging, with a day spa and heated pool, in the Central City area, about a mile east of Okanagan Lake.

Rebuilt in 1989, this distinguished, 52-key lakeside hotel has been a premier Kelowna destination since 1926, when it opened as The Eldorado Arms Hotel. Polished hardwood floors, wainscoting and black and white tiles surrounding the indoor pool and hot tub create stylish gentility. Its restaurant offers exquisite cuisine overlooking the lake. Guests at the Eldorado also get key privileges and pool access at its adjacent sister property, the Manteo Resort. The resorts also offer pontoon boat and WaveRunner rentals out of their on-site marinas.

This family-friendly lakeside resort in Kelowna offers 102 units, including rooms, suites, and two- and three-bedroom villas. (Each villa has a full kitchen and its own barbecue grill.) The grounds, which encompass the Manteo's sister property, the Hotel Eldorado, offer one outdoor pool, two indoor pools and four hot tubs, plus two marinas, with boat and personal-watercraft rentals available.

The lively resort along Okanagan Lake's south shore offers a little bit of everything: comfortable rooms, its own private beach and marina, an on-site restaurant, a waterfront bar and more. Ask for a room in the West Wing, a newer tower whose 70 stylish rooms and suites are equipped with private balconies, mini-kitchens, fireplaces and other amenities.

Founded by Gernot Langes-Swarovsky, patriarch of the Swarovski crystal family, this wellness resort was built with 3.5 million Swarovsky crystals integrated into the design of the rooms and common areas. The glitter is nice, but wellness is the name of the game, with a variety of cold and hot pools in the expansive spa (pictured above), including its famous cold sauna (it works), farm-to-table dining and other health-focused offerings.

The Hyatt-managed resort features 226 condos, suites and villas overlooking Osoyoos Lake from the Okanagan Indian Reserve. With outdoor pools and hot tubs, an onsite winery and tasting room, and a trail down to the beach and beach cantina, there’s a lot to like about this place.

This family-friendly resort on the shores of Osoyoos Lake offers 153 suites and 30 beachfront townhomes, with each unit equipped with a gourmet kitchen.
